Mbi8 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the mbi8 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mbi8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mbi8 platform — whether through the website or mobile application — you expressly agree to comply with all terms contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the mbi8 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Mbi8 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the Terms in effect.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access the full services of the mbi8 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. mbi8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Mbi8 also reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold. Valid identification documents may be required during this process.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the mbi8 platform, you agree to abide by all of the following rules when using the platform:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the mbi8 platform.
- You are not permitted to use this platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities under Malaysian law.
- The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
- You must not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems and servers of the mbi8 platform.
- Sharing your account with any other party is strictly prohibited — accounts are for personal use only.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the suspension or closure of your account, as well as the forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the mbi8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is valid and accurate. mbi8 is not liable for any delays or transaction failures resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the user.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may change from time to time. Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances at the platform's discretion.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum requirements set by the platform. mbi8 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your mbi8 account.
Fraud & Suspicious Activity
Mbi8 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, the associated funds may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. Any attempt to manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Platform Liability Limits
Mbi8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes but is not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, technical service disruptions, or temporary platform unavailability.
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mbi8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, a request by a competent authority, or where the platform determines that the account's use is harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the circumstances of the breach.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the mbi8 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the intellectual property of mbi8 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without the express written consent of mbi8.
Third-Party Links
The mbi8 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience. mbi8 has no control over the content of such third-party websites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, terms of use, or any content found therein. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the mbi8 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution body.
Changes to Terms
Mbi8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
